Mykel's tenacity and drive and the fantastic musical instrument of his voice force to separate him from the rest of the musicians out there, a diamond, shining beyond imagination. 

Rock and Blues is where it's at, and his musical influences vary from Janis Joplin and Led Zeppelin to The Scissor Sisters, Pink, Antigone Rising and even an occassional Bach Classic. 

Writing songs from his own  life experiences, or,  from the conflicts and journeys he recognizes in those around him, help keep his magical fire alive and burning strong. 

In addition to writing his own material on piano, Mykel is fond of collaborations with other musicians and songwriters.  "You are lying to yourself if you think you can do it all alone."
 
A full length album is in the works while he continues to work on various other theatrical and musical projects to help spread Mykel's message of love to the world.
